City council member Christin Mugg from Ward 3 joins the podcast to continue the series "All Things Edmond"

Comments and questions about changes to the city charter have resurfaced in conversation about the redistricting of precincts for state offices.  The editorial board discusses the possibility of charter changes to address the boundaries and number of wards, as well as other potential charter changes.  

   

The editorial board discusses the upcoming city-wide vote to create a temporary sales tax to purchase 22 acres south of Hafer Park.  This purchase would not only create a buffer between the park and surrounding commercial development, but it would also end more than 20 years of fighting over this property. 

   

The city council has approved the development of a Veterans' Memorial to be located in the north end of Bickham-Rudkin Park.  The editorial board discusses the pros, cons and the public debate surrounding the issue in our inaugural episode of Edmond Voices
