UCO Expands Customized Workforce Development Solutions with Launch of LX Studio

The University of Central Oklahoma has launched LX Studio, an agency specializing in workforce development solutions for organizations of any type and size. LX Studio is the only agency in the state that provides both customized education strategy to assess a business’s education needs and the actual design of training solutions.

LX Studio’s services include organizational learning strategy, education and training design, online and blended learning solutions, micro-credentials, customizable workforce development content, professional certificates, state-of-the-art learning spaces and design facilitation.

At the heart of LX Studio solutions is the Learning Environment Modeling (LEM) design system. Developed at Central, this proprietary system helps simplify the learning design process, improves collaboration and communication. LEM empowers users with a highly visual system that breaks down learning design into more manageable pieces. 

LX Studio also offers a small business incubator program that helps small, start-up businesses with specialized coaching, affordable office space rental in downtown Oklahoma City and significant tax benefits.
