Road between Santa Fe Avenue and Kelly Avenue reduced to one lane while mill and overlay work is completed

Lane closure alert
Work to update Sorghum Mill Road between Santa Fe Avenue and Kelly Avenue will result in lane closures beginning April 17.
Part of the City’s FY23 Street Overlay project, milling and overlay work, including base repair when needed, will take approximately 20 days, with cooperative weather. While work is being done, one lane on Sorghum Mill will always remain open and a pilot vehicle will be used to control traffic flow. All lanes will be open at night.
Drivers are asked to follow the pilot vehicles lead through the work area, note the impact and adjust their travel plans accordingly.
