4. Discussion and Consideration of details for judging the Arbor Day Art Contest.

5. Discussion of next steps for the Outside the Box program (art wraps for public infrastructure).

6. Discussion and Consideration of recommending supplemental appropriation funds to the City Council for the EVAC FY '20-21 budget in the amount of $150,000.

7. Discussion and Consideration of a recommended budget for FY '21-22.

8. Discussion and Consideration of partnering with "Anonymous" donor for the purchase of "Follow the Leader" a bronze by Stanley Proctor for a total purchase price of $81,250 with EVAC partnering for $30,000 plus signage. Location to be determined as Edmond's first art park or another temporary installation location.

9. Discussion and Consideration of partnering with "Anonymous" donor for the purchase of "Dance Day" a bronze by Glenna Goodacre for a total purchase price of $47,750 plus signage with EVAC partnering for half. Location to be determined as Edmond's first art park or other temporary installation location.

10. Discussion and Consideration of partnering with "Anonymous" donor for the purchase of "No Turning Back" a bronze by Veryl Goodnight for a total purchase price of $31,500 plus signage with EVAC partnering for half. Location to be determined as Edmond's first art park or another temporary installation location.

11. Discussion and Consideration of partnering with Randel Shadid for the purchase of "Chasing Butterflies" a fabricated bronze by Kevin Robb for a total purchase price of $6,250 delivered plus signage with EVAC partnering for half. Location to be determined as Edmond's first art park or other temporary installation location.

12. Discussion, Update, or Consideration or possible activities and/or fundraising for the Public Art Program and EVAC's 20th Anniversary.

13. Project Updates: waxing/refurbishing, delivery, installation, signage, and dedications.

14. Reports: Fine Arts Institute, Historical Society & Museum, Staff, and UCO CFAD.
