4. Approval of Contract amendment with TEIM Design for the Danforth and Sooner Project; $72,580.
5. Approval of Engineering Services Contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates for the signalization of Covell Road at the Cheyenne Middle School/Uptown Market intersection.
6. Approval of Engineering Services Contract with CEC Corporation for design improvements to 15th and Kelly; $490,530.50.
7. Approval of Professional Services Contract with Kimley-Horn for the Design of 2nd Street and W Edmond Rd Sidewalk Improvements, as outlined in the City's ADA Transition Plan: $413,700.
