Work on 33rd Street will require lane closures between Kelly Avenue and the railroad crossing on 33rd Street beginning Monday, April 29.

Work will start with curb and gutter repair on eastbound 33rd Street and require the closure of the curb lane. Once finished, repairs to curbs and the gutter will require the closure of the westbound curb lane. When curb and gutter repairs are complete, repaving of that portion of 33rd Street will begin and will require the closure of the lane being paved. One lane in each direction will remain open during the paving.

The full project is expected to take two weeks, with cooperative weather, and motorists are asked to note the closures and adjust their travel routes and time accordingly.

This work is being done as part of the FY23 Street Overlay project. All Roads Paving is the contractor for this project. The total cost of this project is $2,214,193.30.
