Carl W. McPherson Jr. has joined Francis Tuttle Technology Center as a program developer. 



In this role, McPherson will develop customized courses to support the workforce needs of employers, identify and develop open enrollment courses that align with workforce and community needs and acquire or create competencies to develop the curriculum for requested courses.



McPherson holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Northeastern State University. He joins Francis Tuttle from Tulsa Technology Center, where he helped manage operations and programming as part of the Adult Career Development and Business and Industry Team. He is a proud father and grandfather.



Francis Tuttle’s Workforce and Economic Development Team is a group of professionals tasked with identifying workforce development needs and collaborating with employers to develop and deploy relevant initiatives to build a diverse and skilled workforce to grow Oklahoma’s economy.
